Lesley Docherty, the founder of Wear it Well, has worked in hair replacement for over 20 years. Read what inspired her to go that one step further to make a difference. I have been in the hair replacement business for over 20 years, training in England and travelling throughout the UK and Ireland designing custom made pieces. Through the years, I have heard many stories of how people have been left frustrated by the lack of information and help for wearers of hair replacement. This frustrated me, as it's the simplest things, which are easily taught, that can make such a difference to wearers. I incorporated into my services the Wear it Well classes, and they have been a great success. I am aware that not everyone can afford this service, so I have I changed the format to suit a larger class, which I will do free gratis to any support group or clinic for hair loss."
